I know the new shipping templates can be restrictive for some sellers, but when buyers are being shown in search results Expected delivery 2-3 business days (which includes order processing time), please stick to it. I would normally email Trademe to ask this Q but thought if it's posted here it might be handy for others to know. I bought something last week from a new member and paid by internet banking. Seller emailed back saying they would courier Friday. I emailed them Sunday asking for tracking number. CSV Export - edit - import - Bulk update. How to guide. Although the bulk edit feature of My Products is extremely useful, there are times you may want to do something that's not there eg globally update prices by a % or $ amount, or simply sort your items by price and manipulate them manually. It would be good to add links in listings to the Charities that can be supported with donations. On one of my listings I created in My Products recently I chose to support Kiwis-Kiwi, per screenshot here. I went to the same listing this morning and saw it had the Save the Kiwi logo, not Kiwis-Kiwi per what I listed. Seems to have changed to Save the Kiwi. I have recently won and paid for something, with as is common, no contact from the seller, so thought I'd check their feedback which is over 99% to verify delivery times, ie the date difference between when auctions closed and when feedback was placed, but they don't make sense. I've never paid these myself so can't comment on the value you get from paying them, but of course you can't sell something if it's not listed.There are a few ways to look at this.If you have a lot of items that are not fast selling, and there are a lot of reasons for this, you can build the HVL fees in to your listing price as just one of the extra costs. You will already know the minimum price you want for an item, add on your success fees, any promotion fees, and if you think your item might take 8 weeks to sell then add on 8 x HVL fee of $0.10 = $0.80. Around 5-10% of my sales come from fixed price offers. Often people forget a listing, or something else crops up. Yes the buyer can go looking again, but if you send out a FPO (Fixed Price Offer), you may capture a sale from someone that's already looked at your listing and added it to their watchlist. Tip. You can send FPOs for an item that is unsold, or if you have more than 1 of something you can send FPOs for items that are sold too.  If your listing was a Multi-Qty listing, a buyer can even buy more than 1 via the FPO.  My Products can do the FPO thing for you automatically if you set ...

If you are wanting to add extra payment options to your listing other than the tickbox ones in the listing process, you can do this in the payment - Other (please specify) field. Example shown in My Products. You need to separate each other method with either a space, or some other symbol, but not a comma. I use a tilde, as shown. If you use a comma, Trademe has a bug in this area so will not show all your options on the listing. Use a tilde, and no problems.
