  • Am wanting to save a seller (Real estate agent) that has many listings as I am waiting on them to list a property for sale for me and want to get notified when the listing when is live. I click the Save this seller button when on their listings page and get the Choose frequency of being emailed modal pop up and I make the choice, but then get the red error message Could not save to favorites.   • I have reported this to TM a few times but just wondering if other people are getting the same or if it's just me? A few weeks ago whenever I did a Community Watch report the page kept refreshing after I had started typing, meaning I often had to retype or copy/paste the info again. It showed me as logged in, all the time. 2 weeks ago that auto refresh stopped, great, but now every time I do a CW it gives me the thanks, your request was successful message, but then opens a request page where I can add more info and reply to a request, which goes through ok and appends the reply.   • I sold something res met a week ago and received the usual sold email from TM. Buyer said they were paying several days ago but have not received and no replies to emails. Today I get a Purchase complete email from TM so I go to write up order and book courier, but amount doesn't look right so I check my latest sales in my sold folder on TM, but this one is not at top of list. Check in My Products in case something got mixed up and the buy now price had changed, but no, all good.   • As the earlier posts about this problem have now been removed from searching, I thought it necessary to create a new one so things don't get forgotten, as seems to have happened. There is a fault in some categories where the listings show a Private Seller badge for In Trade members listings when browsing/searching, yet the members are actually marked as In Trade when you click in to the listing itself and some are even Trademe Stores.   • Anyone else getting this? I was looking for something yesterday and though this morning I must go back and resume my search to compare some listings I had viewed. I found it really hard as interspersed in my recently viewed items were my own listings, that I have not recently viewed or edited in any way.  Had this happen the other day too and gave up as I couldn't find what I knew I had recently viewed. I can't understand why my not viewed listings would be there.

  • I was out yesterday and had left my parcels out in the usual places. Got back home later on and saw they had all gone. This morning Aramex showed up to collect but there was nothing there. He showed me his scanner that they had just come through to him today for pickup even though I had booked at the weekend. I don't often use Aramex these days. NZ Post came a while later and I quizzed him and he said he picked up his parcels plus the ones in a different place too.   • I know the new shipping templates can be restrictive for some sellers, but when buyers are being shown in search results Expected delivery 2-3 business days (which includes order processing time), please stick to it. What is the point of having something completely different in payment instructions.   • I would normally email Trademe to ask this Q but thought if it's posted here it might be handy for others to know. I bought something last week from a new member and paid by internet banking. Seller emailed back saying they would courier Friday. I emailed them Sunday asking for tracking number. Today I was checking my won items page and noticed they had -1 beside their name so clicked to see what was going on of course it just gave me the account disabled message.   • CSV Export - edit - import - Bulk update. How to guide. Although the bulk edit feature of My Products is extremely useful, there are times you may want to do something that's not there eg globally update prices by a % or $ amount, or simply sort your items by price and manipulate them manually.   • I've never paid these myself so can't comment on the value you get from paying them, but of course you can't sell something if it's not listed.There are a few ways to look at this.If you have a lot of items that are not fast selling, and there are a lot of reasons for this, you can build the HVL fees in to your listing price as just one of the extra costs. You will already know the minimum price you want for an item, add on your success fees, any promotion fees, and if you think your item might take 8 weeks to sell then add on 8 x HVL fee of $0.10 = $0.80.
