Private Seller badge incorrectly displayed on "In Trade" members.

As the earlier posts about this problem have now been removed from searching, I thought it necessary to create a new one so things don't get forgotten, as seems to have happened.

There is a fault in some categories where the listings show a Private Seller badge for In Trade members listings when browsing/searching, yet the members are actually marked as In Trade when you click in to the listing itself and some are even Trademe Stores. It's very confusing when trying to find something to buy and wanting to look at In Trade or not In Trade as the Private seller badge means nothing, as it's always incorrect.

In screenshot below, the first 3 listings are from 2 not In Trade members and the 4th one is an In Trade member, yet they all show the Private seller badge so it's impossible to tell who is actually a private seller without clicking in to each listing as there is no filter to be able to differentiate. 

Other listings show the member with a logo and when you click in to the listing they have a special Dealers status.

Oct 2021 this was brought to Trademe's attention where they replied "This is actually a ‘bug’ in the system that we're aware of and our tech team is currently working hard to get it fixed up as soon as possible." In a comment asking for an update in a discussion on this new Community area April 2023 the reply was "Not much of an update on this one - the case is still open for it to be fixed and I've shared these comments. I will pass on any developments here. " If someone has been working hard on this to get it fixed up as soon as possible, for 3 years, then something is drastically wrong with the system.
