Watch out for duplicate sold emails.
Confirmed bugI sold something res met a week ago and received the usual sold email from TM. Buyer said they were paying several days ago but have not received and no replies to emails. Today I get a Purchase complete email from TM so I go to write up order and book courier, but amount doesn't look right so I check my latest sales in my sold folder on TM, but this one is not at top of list. Check in My Products in case something got mixed up and the buy now price had changed, but no, all good. Then I get a ping email saying buyer has paid, so then I see the emails all have the same P number. So, I have a sold item email and a Purchase complete email with the same P number, and member.
Prior to just now, I have ever only received Purchase complete emails from TM when an item has sold and been paid for at the same time like other sales this morning, so not sure if this is a change, or a glitch.

I have the same problem I had d year ago... Transferred money out of ping, but only got one cent into my ASB account (with sale reference number). Do I need to do anything else to get the full amount transferred?
Can you help please?

Check your emails, including your spam/junk folders incase TradeMe Trust & Safety require any further information from you, they may be looking for some ID verification to ensure they have your correct bank account. - If you chose the 'Automatic transfer out' the funds are released to your Bank once verification has been processed.If you have selected the Manual Transfer out you have to re-select the Manual Transfer out Tab again once you've replied to TradeMe's verification email to release the funds for transfer.Payments leave in batches at approx. 2:45pm everyday - any payments for transfer after 2:45pm will go out in the following days batch - from there it is upto your Banks processing times for the money to show in your account - This can take 1 - 2 days depending on who you Bank with. - Cheers.0 -

Thanks so much for the swift reply.
The problem is that i transfered out manually on the 27th and have not received any emails from Trade me asking for verification, so naturally I am worried something went wrong, seeing that it's now the 30th.
Is there any way one can email the Trust and Safety pople?

S Community SuperuserEditedKia Ora Peter,Now you have the code in your Bank select the manual transfer out Tab again to release the funds.You can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 6:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmYou can leave a message using the same path in Afterhours & a staff member will reply email you back, I find this is a very prompt turnaround. - Cheers.0

There is just one issue, the balance isn't showing in ping, it shows zero. Ists there a latency or anything else I need to do?

If the money has left Ping it is going through to your Bank - If it doesn't arrive in your Bank account by tomorrow follow up with your Bank regarding their processing time. - You've done everything you need to for the transfer to go through now - Cheers.

I've had a similar problem Gary. I appear to be getting multiple reserve met/ purchase complete/ paid by ping for the same sale. Usually on the same day however. But I have noticed it this last 10 days or so.
