Kia ora broadwayltd, classified listings can only be edited within the first 7 days of listing. If you need to withdraw the listing to create a new one so that you can update the details, contact the team for help using the blue speech bubble to the bottom right of Trade Me pages.

Kia ora electricfencenz, sorry for the trouble – we’re upgrading some background systems that power Trade Me. While we do this, some features, like editing feedback, are unavailable for a small number of listings in certain categories. As you've said, you do need to contact the team for help with editing those feedbacks in the mean time.
Kia ora jpicard, the Disputes team assess disputes on a case by case basis and may take shipping into account when looking at a dispute. As part of the changes to the site we are also looking at shipping options.

Kia ora waterb, what is it that you are trying to list? Some listings can only be created on the desktop site, like motors listings for example, try these troubleshooting tips. If you are still having problems let us know.

Kia ora ninook, we are gradually moving things over to the new system, it sounds like that is what you are experiencing. The new system does work a bit differently and there are some features that are temporarily unavailable on the new system, the team are working hard to get the changes rolled out. Some features are available only via the desktop site, so if you're using the app and the feature isn't there, try using the desktop site. There are lots of people on Community who use My Products, and they are very generous with their time and knowledge, if you want help to figure out if it can...
Kia ora kmorrissey, have you tried the troubleshooting tips? Clearing cookies and cache often helps. It sounds like you're trying to create a new product in My Products, if you pop some screenshots or tell us what you're trying to list, there are lots of MP users on Community, who may be able to help you.
