Kia ora Andy, sorry for the trouble, this was caused by a Samsung update that disables notification categories. No worries, there is a workaround: On your Samsung device, go to 'Settings' > 'Notifications' > 'Advanced Settings' Scroll to the bottom and toggle on 'Manage Notification Categories For Each App' In your Trade Me app, go to 'My Trade Me' > 'Profile & Account' > 'Settings' > 'Notifications' > 'Receiving xy out of xy notifications' Toggle on/off individual notifications
Kia ora Daniel, depending on how long it's been since you paid the seller may not have seen it or has missed your emails. It's easy for the seller to refund you via Ping. If you don't hear from the seller get in touch with us with the listing number and evidence of the bank payment, so the team can look into it. If you don't hear from the seller and haven't received the item or a refund you can file a dispute report.
Kia ora greg23 and Callum, thanks for mentioning this, I've passed it on to the team to look into. In the mean time Callum's advice is spot on to have full functionality if having to click on the listing title is just too fiddly.
Kia ora 911mark, this is a bug the team are working on. The listings in your My Trade Me folders are in the order the listing was created, rather than sold which is why they seem a bit jumbled. Sorry for the confusion here.
Kia ora Victoria, if you have listings created in the new system those are unable to be imported into My Products using 'Import from current listings', which is why you're only getting a few showing. You'll need to create the listings from scratch in My Products. Sorry, it is a little time consuming but if you are able to copy and paste that will help save time. Creating products (which is what the 'parent' or listing template is called for listings) in My Products is a little smoother than using Trade Me, and once you have the products created they don't disappear. You can duplicate produc...
Kia ora Kirsten, vehicles can only be relisted for free on the site for up to 90 days in total, after that there is a relist fee. If your vehicle has been on the site for 87 days, then you'll only get the option to relist for another three days, and will need to pay the fee to relist after that.
Kia ora James, yes this does seem to be the same bug, your example will help the team looking into it. Thanks S for the spot on advice here.
Kia ora Robert, sorry for the confusion. If you started listings on the 15th June you may have ben part of a success fee free promo that we ran that day. As part of that promo Ping and Afterpay were the only payment options available, and the reason you may have buyers paying by Ping for some listings. Ping fees are much less than the success fee would have been at 2.19%. To make things nice and smooth you can set your Ping account to pay out daily so that you don't have to manage adhoc payments when you sell something (it doesn't cost any extra and minimises the hassle). Any unsold listing...
Kia ora S, Ross and M, sorry, I don't have any update on when things are at with this specifically. The team are working hard on the changes to the site and getting features back up and running. You can read about the changes here and here.
Kia ora larry and Ross, Sorry about the trouble here - our tech team are aware of the issue and working hard to get things fixed up as soon as possible.
