Very difficult to amend or deleate feedback now
After TMs medling with the site and changing more and more to the new site it becomes harder and harder to delete or amend feedback you have placed. TMs policys say you can amend or delete feedback once. But that functionality is being lost. Once in the new site, there is no option to change feedback, only in the old site. And in the oldsite this can only be done when the sale is still in your won/ sold file. Once its gone from those files, if you access the feedback , its only on new site, so no ability to amend feedback. It also used to be the situation that if you accessed the feedback by clicking the links in the sold. won notification email, it took you to an editable feedback. no longer now possible.
So now to edit a feedback after it has left your won/sold box, the only way is to dirrectly contact TM and ask them to do it. Isnt that crazy, TM are trying to streamline the site and reduce their staffing levels, but then they introduce this where the TM staff amount of time input is increased.
Just another of these dumb dumb actions by TM as there charge uncontrollably into their nonfunctional new site.

Kia ora electricfencenz, sorry for the trouble – we’re upgrading some background systems that power Trade Me. While we do this, some features, like editing feedback, are unavailable for a small number of listings in certain categories. As you've said, you do need to contact the team for help with editing those feedbacks in the mean time.

ADD: Desktop site Edge Browser, latest up to date version, cookies/cache cleared - I have No feedback tabs, buttons or links on the New Look site from within any previous feedback placed nor within the closed Listing either. - HTHs.

Michelle, I agree with S. Many traders have mentioned about this, I believe there is a site wide block on editing / deleting feedback after the 45 day mark. I dont believe it is limited only to a small number of listings in a small number of categories as you have suggested

Kia ora S and electricfencenz, editing or deleting feedback from 'Won' or 'Sold' isn’t always available due to the upgrades we're making to the site. If you aren't able to edit or delete a feedback, you'll need to reach out to the team to do it. We can edit and delete feedback past 45 days, you'll just need to let us know what you want it changed to when you get in touch.

Feedback Edit & Delete Access Instructions:
- Copy the Members Member Number from the URL Address bar at the Top of the page when you are in their Profile / Feedback page - Example:
- Select the following Link: https://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Feedback.aspx?member= This should take you to your Auction Feedback page in the Classic (Old) desktop site - Delete your Member number from the URL Address bar & paste the other Member's number in it's place > hit the Enter key & you should be taken to that Member's Feedback page in the Classic (Old) Desktop site where you will have the Edit & Delete functions.
If this doesn't work for you the option will be to contact a TradeMe staff member direct, leaving a message with the Listing number and the information change Or delete request.
