If you try a different browser like Chrome are you able to see the blue speech bubble bottom right to contact us? Kia ora retep2001, are you wanting to use Make an Offer, or Fixed Price Offer? Make an Offer is only available for casual sellers, as an in trade seller you won't see this option. If you can see you have watchers but are unable to send a Fixed Price Offer, let us know the listing number so we can have a look into it for you. We've been making some changes to the site, listings that are on our new system are viewed via the mobile site.
Kia ora tlzee, I've passed on your feedback about the way Watchlisted items work, you can pass feedback like this directly to the team via "Tell us what you think" towards the bottom of Trade Me pages. S I've also passed your favourites experience on to the team who are working on those emails, they've added it to their work.
Kia ora _r_a_i_n_b_o_w_, the new shipping options are only for listings on our new system, so won't be available for My Products as those listings aren't on the new system. In-trade sellers and selling tools are unaffected by the changes at this stage.
Kia ora studio, the suburbs were added back into the Property emails on the 8th September, so they should be showing as normal now. Let me know if you're still seeing only the region in the emails and I can pass that on to the team. Gary-NZStocked, that is confusing with the membernames, I've passed it on to the team to have a look at as well. tlzee, if you can give me a bit more information on what you mean about your Watchlisted items being wiped out after 14 days.

Kia ora martin586, the resale of tickets in New Zealand is allowed we have a couple of articles about this here and here. Most events are not 'major events', as you've mentioned, events need to be declared 'major events' under the Act in order for it to apply, we don't allow the sale of tickets for 'major events'.
