Kia ora Robert, our App and site troubleshooting Help page might help with this, sounds like you may need to update your app or browser to the latest version, you can also try clearing your cookies. I'll send you an email too so if this doesn't fix it, you can reply with some screenshots and we can take a look.
Kia ora Lester, we're making some changes in the background and some features are temporarily unavailable on the new-look site. You can still export your listings, head to the site, select 'desktop site' at the very bottom of the page then go to your sold folder. From there you can 'export these listings' at the top.
Kia ora Greg, I've raised this with the appropriate team here, they are looking into it. You could also try contacting the NZTA about incorrect registration.
Kia ora Maryann, sorry you've had this experience on the site. You've made your purchase decision based on what the seller has in the listing description. Good advice here from L and Callum about saving a copy of the original listing, correspondence, Q&A and going to the Disputes Tribunal if we aren't able to help get a resolution for you. I can see you've been in touch with the Disputes Team, hopefully they can help out with this seller.
Kia ora Greg, thanks for raising this. The best way to bring this to our attention is to report the listings via Community Watch so the right team can get eyes over them and take the appropriate action.
Kia ora Daniel, these members are right, this isn't the type of behaviour we expect of sellers. When you list something for sale you agree to let it go for whatever price it reaches on the auction, it's up to the seller to set a reserve price that they are happy with. If you reach out to the team on live chat someone can follow this up for you.
Kia ora Rebekah, can you check that you are running the latest version of the Android app, if not an update should fix this. If you are running the latest version, or you are still having this problem after you update, let me know and I can get the team to look into it.
Kia ora Willie, I can see you've ben in touch, you'll need help from the team with this. If we can't move a listing and need to withdraw it so that you can create a new one in the right category, we'll refund the fees. I recommend that you save a copy of your listing details to a doc while its live / before we withdraw it for you, just in case, to save you writing it all out again.

While we do this, some features won't be available on certain listings.In the meantime, you’ll need to relist instead. Watchers will be notified it’s back up for grabs provided they’re opted in for these emails in their preferences.
