    =Kia ora Howold, when building Fixed Price Offers on our new system we had to make a call around which features to include, and as most offers are sent to all watchers we didn't prioritise the ability to select certain members on the new system. Sending your offer to all watchers means you reach a wider group and increases the potential chance of a sale. If this is something you'd like the ability to do please share your feedback via the 'Tell us what you think' link at the bottom of our website.

    Kia ora seattle3, sorry for the trouble - couriers are in hot demand at the moment and may be temporarily unavailable depending on the number of bookings they’re currently processing. If your chosen courier is unavailable when you try to make a booking, you can use a different courier or try again later.

    Kia ora skytrain1, sorry to hear you've had trouble receiving our emails. We're upgrading our systems behind the scenes and as part of this upgrade, some of our emails will come from a different 'notifications@transactional.trademe.co.nz' email address. This could be a case of them going to your junk/spam/promotions folder or your email client thinking they're spam and deleting them right away. The best thing to do is add all our email addresses to your safe sender list. If you're still having trouble receiving these emails after doing this, please let me know.

    Kia ora g14us, AJ and S have given good advice about refunding any extra shipping (and your fees being refunded), you could also consider adding a line to your listing descriptions for buyers to select shipping per item and that you'll refund any overpaid shipping for combined postage so buyers know it's an option.

    Kia ora flossy63, when a Service Fee is paid with a Ping purchase, the money goes into your Trade Me account balance as a top up to cover the Service Fee that's charged there.
