Not getting emails for one of my favourite searches
I have two favourite searches, both for property listings, and for both I've selected "email me every day". One of them (flatmates wanted) works fine and I get the daily emails, but I never get emails for the other search (properties to rent). It's so frustrating! The settings are exactly the same so I don't understand why this is happening. Can anyone help?

Hi Charlotte, do you get plenty of results from your fav searches if you run them from on the site from you favorites page? Could be something has changed in your search filters on the site stopping them from working. You might also like to delete those searches and redo them to see if that picks them up.

I've tried deleting the search and making a new one and the same thing happens unfortunately! Not sure what you mean by running them on the site from my favourites page - that's the only way to do it that I know of. Is there another way? Either way, the other search works fine and I get daily emails with the latest listings.

Gary means to make sure that there are actually properties returned from your search on the website. If you search for something and there are no matching items you won't get an email. Go to your favourites page. Click the search to check there are some results there.

Yeah, there are new listings every day. And even if there weren't, I've never, ever gotten an email for that search, so something is definitely not working.

I am having the same issue, I get notifications for the flatmate listings I am following, but for some reason I can't receive notifications for the rental searched I am following. I've deleted, reset and refollowed the searches I want notifications for countless times but still can't get them to work... I manually look each day so I know with certainty there are new daily listings! I was able to get them a few years ago, so I'm not sure why I can't now...

This is so frustrating knowing someone else is having this exact same issue! There's clearly a bug or something. I emailed TM customer service a week ago and have heard nothing back - beyond frustrating.
