Kia ora flossy63 and AJ, yes, those Fixed Price Offers are from listings created in different systems. The new FPOs work a bit differently, as the team are continuing to make changes so you'll see those as they roll out. If there is something you're really missing, like the offer price in the FPO email, send it through to the team using "Tell us what you think".
Kia ora paulinebt, we can refund the payment back to you, it will take a few days to show in your account due to bank processing times. You just need to contact the team using the blue speech bubble to the bottom right and they will take care of you.Â
Kia ora Howold, the team are continuing to work on updates, including on Fixed Price Offers, so you'll see those roll out as they happen. If there is something in particular you'd like to see, let us know using "Tell us what you think". We've been upgrading the site in the background for a while, so no, not related to any Covid related trading restrictions. The option for Sellers to offer cash as a payment method is still available, however access to a local NZ Post Shop is more a matter for NZ Post. 🙂
Kia ora dandydog, if you are following the great advice above from S, but find the Ping balance isn't enough, you can choose to "Pay with card" to complete the transaction. There's more information on our help page Using Ping.
Kia ora michellew2k, I've had a look into this and it's not a bug. We've recently rolled out the Fixed Price Offer feature on our new platform, the team continue to work on updates so I've passed it on to the team as a suggestion. You can send us through suggestions using "Tell us what you think" on the Trade Me pages.Â
Kia ora michellew2k, good advice here from S, try also deleting and reinstalling the app to force an update, even if you're running the latest version this often sorts the issue.Â

Kia ora millier and aquarian4442, sorry, this is a known bug for us and one that the team are working on. In the mean time if you are charged additionally for needing to change your end time back to the one you initially set, you can get in touch with the team (the blue speech bubble, bottom right of the screen) and they can sort a refund of the fee for you.
