    Kia ora Robert, sorry for the confusion. If you started listings on the 15th June you may have ben part of a success fee free promo that we ran that day. As part of that promo Ping and Afterpay were the only payment options available, and the reason you may have buyers paying by Ping for some listings. Ping fees are much less than the success fee would have been at 2.19%. To make things nice and smooth you can set your Ping account to pay out daily so that you don't have to manage adhoc payments when you sell something (it doesn't cost any extra and minimises the hassle).     Kia ora Megan, sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with this trade. The advice from S is great. If your birdcage doesn't arrive and you haven't heard from the seller, you can file a non-delivery report within 45 days and the team will look into it.

    Kia ora Amanda, follow this link, there is a blue bubble towards the bottom of the page where you can get in touch. Type in 'talk to a person' and someone can have a look for you.

    Kia ora Maaike, sorry to hear your buyer hasn't followed through. You can go to your listing in your sold folder and on the right there's a box "If the sale falls through" where you can apply for success fee refunds or relist. If there is nowhere to apply for a success fee refund and your listing closed within 45 days, check your My Trade Me account and if there is a success fee charged, get in touch with the team for help.

    Kia ora Sch, sorry to hear your trade fell through. If you go to this help page and start a chat using the blue chat bubble toward the bottom right of the screen, you'll be able to request a success fee refund. Let the bot know that you're requesting a success fee refund for a trade that's older than 45 days, if it's unable to help ask to 'talk to a person'.

    Kia ora Hercules, thanks for reaching out. When you process a refund through Ping your success fees are automatically refunded to you, you'll see them on your My Trade Me account page.
