Kia ora flossy63, thanks for clarifying, sorry for the confusion. I've added to my comment above with a workaround for you to try also.
Kia ora flossy63, there was an issue with this earlier but it has since been fixed. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to force an update? I'll send you an email, if it's still an issue could you give some screenshots and app version details and phone model so I can pass this on to the team to look into.Try a different browser or going to http://www.trademe.co.nz/members/login.aspx?rfm=1 to login first. Once you’ve done that, you should be able to login like usual again.(Edited to add a workaround for anyone else experiencing this issue.)
Kia ora theo46, try these troubleshooting tips and let us know how you get on.
Kia ora AJ, generally speaking it is the seller's responsibility to make sure that items are delivered. However it depends on the dispute and what information is available. So, while tracking and signature required make it easier to determine delivery, it's not necessarily the case that untracked items won't be covered under Buyer Protection.
Kia ora jedda87, when the buyer pays by Afterpay you will see this on your Pay Now & Afterpay account. Transfers are processed out every business day, they can take a few days (usually 2-3) to show in your bank account due to bank processing times.
Kia ora bikerchris, thanks for the feedback, I've passed it on to the team. Unfortunately it's not possible to give an exact shipping cost up front as it depends on knowing the buyers delivery address as well as variances due to courier availability. Sometimes shipping will be less than the estimated price. We find buyers are generally OK with paying the difference when asked. Some sellers will refund the difference when shipping is less than the estimate, others take the approach that it evens out when taking the higher costs of shipping into consideration.
Kia ora bikerchris, the shipping prices you see on Book a Courier are estimates. The final prices are based on: the delivery address (you can’t use PO boxes for delivery) your package size your package weight the courier’s availability on the day you choose for pick-up.

Kia ora sofairways, we are making some changes to update the site, you can read about those here. While we're making these changes some features are temporarily unavailable for some listings. Fixed Price Offer was one of the missing features, however we rolled it out to the new system earlier this year. Initially FPOs were only for 24hour duration, now sellers can select the duration but watchers are not able to be selected - the offer goes to all watchers. You can pass on any feedback to the team directly via "Tell us what you think" towards the bottom of Trade Me pages.
Kia ora slystash, if your listing is bronze when you relist then it will be free to relist, if you have upgraded to Silver or Gold and you want to relist as the same, you'll be charged the appropriate relist fee. You can change listing tiers when you relist, just select the tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and the appropriate fee will be applied. Here's a link to the Property fees page (edited to add).
