Kia ora Philippa, sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Yes, this is the way the application process is designed to work, when applying for jobs through the site you do need to upload a cover letter every time, there isn't an option to have a saved one there for adding to applications.
Kia ora Natasha, we are making changes to the site which will make it easier for us to introduce new tools and features to make the site better. These changes are being rolled out gradually. You can find more info on the changes here. The team are working incredibly hard and you can use 'Tell us what you think' to give us feedback on the new-look site. In the mean time My Products is unaffected, so you may want to give it a go. It's easy to use and lots of help here on Community if you need it.

I've also done a search for your property using the area Papakura - Opaheke and it is showing for me in results. Browse should be at the top of your My Trade me, just under an ad and look like the picture below. I'll send you an email now as well, if you are still having problems we can help you out.
Kia ora Robbie, as Callum mentioned, some listings are temporarily missing features, you might want to try My Products in the mean time as you are able to send out fixed price offers via the tool. If you think that you have been charged fees when you relist, get in touch with the listing number and we can take a look for you.

Hey Markus, I passed on your suggestion and have given it another plug with the team. The only way currently to do this (which you're probably doing, or have tried), is to take everything out of the box, take photos, list the contents in the description with a title like 'Box lot of kitchen things' and find the most relevant category eg. Home & living > Kitchen > Other. Not easy when you've got a house lot!
