You would need to ask trademe as they may have a new legal requirement to notify sellers, they have to adhere to. Is there a tick box in the product that needs to be ticked to confirm you comply? Could be the tick box is either new or has become unlocked in error.
Obviously each email refers to and probably has a link to the specific item listed. Have you double checked those items are listed in the correct category and that there is nothing in the listing to do with safety standards needing to be specified? Also check the product in MP in case a new requirement has been added that you are unaware of. I am sure the emails will have more info as to what is reqd?
Not a seller overseas thing Callum. My last 3 purchases from different stores have had phone number compulsory requirement and no option to complete trade till phone number added.
You might need to clear your cache and/or cookies as it sounds like you have a draft listing stuck maybe. I get as expected.... Other option is to log out, go to start your listing and when asked, log in then like what happens here... Unable to list item. Very frustrating – Help - Trade Me
Best way is to select the category before you activate the search eg as below. I can put in the search term, then click the category dropdown to choose where to search. You get the same problem if you search for an author who happens to have a Real Estate agents name. You only get the property listings and not the books you were actually looking for. That only works on the desktop site of course. The new site requires a bit more work eg search for "alexandra" NOT property, then you can choose from the categories returned, as below.
Maybe if you have lots to do you could try exporting, edit/copy the shipping options in the spreadsheet, then reimport to update. Yes, the templates won't work in your specific case as you are using freeform text in the shipping which you can't do in templates.
Templates are the way to go to save time. You can create lots of different ones that you can then choose from when creating new products. This is of course what the shipping template system in MP was designed for. I don't have any problems though duplicating an existing product and having the manual shipping options carrying forward to the new product, so no idea why that is not working for you. Am wanting to save a seller (Real estate agent) that has many listings as I am waiting on them to list a property for sale for me and want to get notified when the listing when is live. I click the Save this seller button when on their listings page and get the Choose frequency of being emailed modal pop up and I make the choice, but then get the red error message Could not save to favorites. Robster, on the other hand, using feedback accumulated while In Trade does not reflect possible feedback when trading as a personal seller when obligations and laws apply differently. In a scenario of a problem where the buyer goes back to the seller who is showing as In Trade who then claims they are Not In Trade, therefore the laws don't apply. Much the same as they don't identify the same in descriptions. I have a fav search that shows over 3500 listings with contact details in them right now, but do Trademe do the same thing.....no. In most cases, it's repeat offenders that do it month after month, year after year despite weekly CW reports.
