My products won't let you choose when multiple listings go live, but yes, you can choose what time they will end. If you activate products in MP individually, they do go live immediately, but if you activate a batch of selected products they go live some time later, often in 5-20 mins. To do what you are trying to do Peter you would need to activate individual products from within the product so they list immediately and appear in Latest listings for those categories.
Easy answer Adriel, you can't get the other persons contact details for general auctions while they are running, unless you have traded with the other person before and have their details already, or if you or they have a classified where it's allowed to have contact details in the right fields. An easy option like you have said is to agree after discussion in Q & A to cancel the trade if things aren't as advertised, but that can lead to problems. Best thing is to ask for more photos, description & dimensions if something is not clear in the listing.
Andrew, when you start an auction you have an option to set a start price and a reserve price, or to make the reserve the same as the start price depending on what you click. If you have specified a reserve in the box but it's not working like it's supposed to, you'd need to contact Trademe. If you click on the ? just beside the Start prices or the reserve price when listing a caravan, it takes you to the help pages to do with setting prices. If you choose the option Same as the start price, the Specify a reserve is greyed out as it's not needed.

Rita, you need to contact Trademe to ask them to contact the selller. You should have really done this a week or 2 after buying as there may not be anything that can be done now due to the time delay. Presumably you have checked for a courier tracking number, tried other means to track down the seller via google search or questions on other listings, or contact details in their payment instructions.

The generic errors from Courierpost are not very helpful, on here as well as other places. I booked courier late this morning not on BAC, and got the NZPost is not reachable, try again later. Still no ability to search for an item in Australia when trying to buy for friends and rellies there. Just did a search for something that shows 9 results site wide, choose the location filter and it says 4 are in NZ but none are international, so the mystery 5 are actually in Australia, but it's not possible to find them unless you search without a location filter and look for the ones that show Other as their location. Easy to pick in this instance as only 9 results global. Another search is a bit trickier as there are 983 results but the location dropdown shows 1019, so no doubt the extr...
