This is so frustrating knowing someone else is having this exact same issue! There's clearly a bug or something. I emailed TM customer service a week ago and have heard nothing back - beyond frustrating.
Yeah, there are new listings every day. And even if there weren't, I've never, ever gotten an email for that search, so something is definitely not working.
I've tried deleting the search and making a new one and the same thing happens unfortunately! Not sure what you mean by running them on the site from my favourites page - that's the only way to do it that I know of. Is there another way? Either way, the other search works fine and I get daily emails with the latest listings.
I have two favourite searches, both for property listings, and for both I've selected "email me every day". One of them (flatmates wanted) works fine and I get the daily emails, but I never get emails for the other search (properties to rent). It's so frustrating! The settings are exactly the same so I don't understand why this is happening. Can anyone help?
