Changing my forgotten password but it's asking for my current password - what can I do?
AnsweredI want to change my password as for some reason trademe no longer accepts the password I have use since the beginning. I have forgotten it but all it will tell me is that I need the old password to complete new password entry. Anyone got any suggestions?

Hi Graeme. I would just select the blue "Forgotten password" link at the login stage. From there you will be emailed instructions and can select a new one.

I find the new Trademe instructions have simply become too complicated.

Check your Won items to see if the purchase has gone through - Transactions by Ping can be checked through Manage Ping | Trade Me & by Afterpay here to view your account. - Also check your Emails for Purchase Confirmation - Cheers.
