The confusion may have arisen because there is a different issue that some users are experiencing when adding photos to listings which is a bug; whereas this problem does appear to be device/media app specific (as far as I'm aware). It's worth getting in touch to let us know if you're encountering this so we can offer some troubleshooting tips or to determine if it is in fact a different issue.

Kia ora Lenny. You made a withdrawal on Monday after 6pm, so that would've been transferred to your bank account the following afternoon and should've cleared by now. If the money still isn't showing, please contact your bank. You can also use Chat to speak to one of our agents if you would like some further help with this.
