    Kia Ora All, Good advice to save your description etc in another piece of software / document writer for the Property Listings from Callum, - I ran a couple of section tests through the Listing process yesterday, Desktop site, Edge Browser & can confirm starting a second listing although through a different thread I had both drafts not save - to expand on that... 1 I listed as residential - for sale - section ... the 2nd was rural - bare land. - Neither of these draft Listings saved as drafts. I started off the Rural - bare land Listing again which saved as a draft after exiting the listing...

    Kia Ora Mentortoc, I take it the Listing is from a Private Seller, have you checked the Listing for a contact phone number? If no phone number has been provided you could try putting a question through any other listing they have running in a different category to motors in the off chance they haven't received your question notification. - Outside of this it could be a good indication of response times should you purchase the item then have a need to contact the Seller down the track should something go wrong. - I hope you hear from them soon. - All the Best.

    Kia Ora retrocentric, Just clarifying the Ping system for you, Ping is TradeMe's own built in payment system, owned & operated by the company, Trade Me Limited. - All payment processing is onsite, not sent off to a 2nd entity. - Payment card details can be entered per purchase rather than being saved onsite, if the Member prefers not to save their card details for a quicker purchase payment process, this remains entirely in the hands of the Member. - Hope this helps.

    Kia Ora onecooldaddy, The cart is only available for 'Buy Now' listings with payment by Ping, the options for shipping discounts, combined shipping &/Or free shipping over a certain $ dollar spend are set up by the professional seller - if these options aren't available in the cart then the Seller hasn't set the cart up for these options and combined shipping will need to be discussed through the Q&A section on one of the Listings prior to purchase with individual item purchases made. - Cheers.

    Feedback Edit & Delete Access Instructions: Copy the Members Member Number from the URL Address bar at the Top of the page when you are in their Profile / Feedback page - Example: Select the following Link: https://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Feedback.aspx?member=  This should take you to your Auction Feedback page in the Classic (Old) desktop site - Delete your Member number from the URL Address bar & paste the other Member's number in it's place > hit the Enter key & you should be taken to that Member's Feedback page in the Classic (Old) Desktop site where you will have the Edit & Delete...

    Kia Ora westham60, Even though errors were reported it's gone ahead and created the Listings regardless, your last Listing wasn't in error as you will have been accustomed to the next product code used. - It will pay to contact TradeMe staff direct with your Listing number examples of those withdrawn so they can investigate further to prevent these error message Listings from going Live. - If you hadn't realised and removed those duplicates as quick as you did, you will have been able to request a refund of any withdrawal fees charged under the circumstances. - Cheers.

    Kia Ora revruss, This is a security measure when accessing the site, - it pays to ensure you are running the Latest up to date Browser or App version for your device, followed by a cache clear incase you have any redundant cookies interfering. - You haven't said if you're using one of the Apps or the Desktop site, if you type troubleshooting in the Help search bar at the top of this page a drop down menu will appear for you to select whichever you are using which contains guides in how to perform each process if you're unsure of them. - Cheers.
