Kia Ora ptchevy, Yes! the company are sending reminders of product safety to ensure listings on the site are compliant & Members are aware of their responsibilities, as the Toy category comes with restrictions, albeit for lead plus, all items listed in this category receive the email. - This ramped up back in February 2026. Thanks movingon62, Sorry to read you're still in limbo there, Many Members have found by adding their card to the system first their transaction is successful, as you don't want them saved you can delete your card details after making the Top up without issue . I currently don't have my payment cards saved. - A browser cookie/cache clear may help Otherwise you'll have to use the blue speech icon bottom right of the screen to message a staff member directly. - Cheers.
Kia Ora Paul, Changing categories on Live Listings isn't available to all categories, those in Marketplace which should/used to be able to change mid listing duration are flagged by TM as being down to the upgrades. - So a feature coming back to the New system at some stage - Not a policy change as at 28 July 2026. - Cheers.
Thanks movingon62, Confirmation of payment submitted for Top ups is when you see it in your My TradeMe account though it does sound odd you aren't seeing the payment transactions in your credit card statement, if it's still not showing in your Bank statement today Monday 27 July 2026 A couple of things to try... Save your credit card to the system first if it isn't already, then make the payment. Kia Ora electricfencenz, I don't have an issue with the confirmation code being emailed through either, sometimes I need to refresh my email client and it comes through for me - other times when I go to my email client it's already there - Anytime/hour day & night.
Kia Ora jimwhr, Select Edit on your Listing > select the Photos page at the Top > click on each photo, one at a time, this brings up the Edit photo's modal > scroll to the bottom for the Delete bin, as below... OR On the Desktop site select My TradeMe Top Right of screen, your landing page is Account Details > scroll down the screen to the Update my details section - the My Photos link is at the very bottom of the list > You will then get the options to Delete the photos you don't require as in the example below...
