    Kia Ora Annette, If the Listing is still Live you would put a Sellers Comment through - If the Listing is expired you're best to Relist it including the info' the potential Buyer asked for & hope they pick your Relisted item up. - They will be notified the item is Relisted if they have their email preference switched on & the Listing may possibly appear back on their watchlist. - You could address them in a Sellers comment in the Relisted item though ensure Not to use their name or any identifiable info'.     Kia Ora Mark, Congratulations on the successful sale😊 A couple of ways to get back to the Classic (Old) Desktop site Feedback pages which have the Edit & Delete Feedback Fields as below... If you go through the Member profile search, enter the Username, you arrive in their account profile > select Feedback should take you to the Classic site page > scroll to that you placed, - Feedback can only be edited once, if you delete it this can't be replaced.     Kia Ora Daryl, You have automatic payments turned off, are you attempting to make a Manual Transfer out of your Ping funds to your Bank account? - What is the Error message you're getting? & are you going through the Desktop site or one of the Apps?

    Cheers Tony, Check you are running the Latest up to date version of your App, - as these are rolled out frequently it pays to check. Try Editing the Listings through the Desktop site to add your photo's in the interim. Upload the photo's to your TradeMe photo file first via the Desktop site, then add them to your Listings from there - https://www.trademe.co.nz/MyTradeMe/UploadPhoto.aspx
