Kia Ora Josh, If your first purchaser has definitly pulled out of the sale you will need to screenshot evidence of this & apply to TradeMe for your success fee refund - Once achieved you can send out a Fixed price offer to your 2nd bidder or all bidders if you have that option available. Kia Ora AJ, Emailing your Buyer for the first time after a week is a very long time to wait, I'd be emailing them first on the third day if no communication has commenced to speed this along - the email from TradeMe can also prompt action quicker if there's no response to placing the first feedback prompt. - 2 weeks is a long time for a listing to drag out. - Cheers.
