    Kia Ora Lewis, The Q&A section has been tightened to prevent misuse by providing contact info - it will be picking your Post charge up as perhaps a phone entry therefore you are best to spell the sum out in words to get the question answered. - Cheers.

    Kia Ora Carey, It may be worth you contacting TradeMe staff again so they can check these emails are being sent Or if for some reason they've been stopped from sending. There was a change of the TradeMe sender email address a few months back which may or may not be causing an issue for you.  You can also try adding the Trademe email addresses to your email ‘safe senders list’ Or Whitelist.     Kia Ora Karen, Would you be listing via one of the Apps? I am using the Desktop site through MS Edge Browser and have just trialed a New Listing so I can let you know - the Buy Now & the Start prices are accepted at different price values - I tested entering the Start price first & then I tested entering the Buy Now price first - both ways I could enter different price values.     Kia Ora Kris, Double check the email is from a legitimate TradeMe address before responding. Allow Buyers to make an offer is now auto ticked in the Price & Payment page when starting a new listing 'General Items' therefore you have to manually untick it as an option on the Price & Payment page if you don't want it on your Listing. - Cheers.

    Kia Ora Tony, Sorry to read you've had trouble connecting to a Real Person at TradeMe for assistance, After you've checked your Ping transactions & Bank account statement for a Refund under the card you used to make the Ping purchase, to bypass the Bot & connect directly to a staff member, enter in the Chat bot which comes up - person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Dispute ID # number in the window here &/Or the Listing number enabling staff to pull it up readily. The Live Chat manned hours weekdays...

    Kia Ora Mike,   By check out system do you mean by using the Cart? - the cart can only be used with Listings offering Ping as the/a payment option on Buy Now Listings.   The Cart is designed to pay multi Sellers at one time which payment by Ping can do instantly - Bank transfers require individual payment(s) to be made off site. - Cheers.
