Kia Ora bbwolf1, You can't add or adjust the shipping amount on Ping purchases post sale, The options the company have provided are to allow a Bank deposit of the shipping amount Or set up a separate Listing solely for the shipping amount only for the Buyer to purchase Or set up a new Listing with the total cost including the shipping charge and refunding the Buyer their first Ping purchase in full once they've purchased the new Listing, it's a very messy double handling process for Both the Buyer & Seller when purchasing with no shipping cost added to the Live Listing prior to purchase. ...

Where shipping is not stated in a Listing or the exact cost of combined shipping is not known prior to completing purchases / winning auctions the Seller can send their Bank account through for the shipping payment as this can't be added or adjusted to Ping payments post auction. Thanks sofairways, That's valuable information to know a few Members aren't receiving the FPO emails, there have been a few who are reporting issues in receiving an array of emails currently. It's good to keep an eye on TradeMe's sending address's to ensure we have all current and new sending address's on our email whitelists / safe sender lists and to double check our email preferences are set to receive the FPO & other emails as changes continually come through the system also - Cheers. Howold, I've not seen or heard of any survey being undertaken for the FPO's - this Feature was interrupted by the system rebuild upgrades taking place. - An FPO version was released just recently to give this opportunity back to Members on Listings that are created in the new platform.
