Cannot access won items in my trademe

Hi Thor. All OK here on a test just now. You didn't mention how you are viewing Trade Me, but if you mean computer/desktop try a hard refresh. Something maybe stuck (Press Ctrl and F5 at the same time) I'll add a direct link to your won items below.

I have just checked my Won items through the Desktop site and have no problem accessing them - what is happening for you? Are there any error message? Can you provide screenshots? Are you using the Desktop site or the App site? - Cheers.

Hi it is phone app android. I can get into the won items but when i try to open it it just times out.

Cheers Thor, there have been some recent App updates - ensure you have the latest version installed there - you can try deleting the App you have and reinstall from new. If you still have an issue can you go through a browser to the Desktop site to see if there is an issue with your account - Cheers.

Came here to say the same. Using desktop. Trying to click the photo :"opps a time out has happened" Tell me something new TM. Tell me something new.

Same here on android app on wifi. Can see the won list, but clicking a listing just sits there with the blue wheel going round and round. Same with items in unsold folder, lost items.
Watchlist ok, sold items ok, items I'm selling ok.

Afternoon all, I have checked this out on desktop, and cannot get int my sold or won auctions,
Just the oops Something went wrong or The server encountered an error processing the request,
I tried through my solds in My products, using Listing number or Pnumbers links and it is the same there too,
Glad I am not selling at this time, and nothing left to pack and courier,
I even tried from my Listings E-Mails, favourite searches, nope nadda!,
must be causing an nightmare for some sellers who do not use my products to see their exact item that was sold,
if they were selling similar items,
Oh my,..... cannot even get into expired auctions, cannot even get into browse now !!!!,
Trade Me is broken, oh, may get some house work done now or just go out again,

Yes! Desktop has crashed in Errors again - The TM Tech Team have it in hand & are attempting fix asap - Cheers All.
