I know I am probably dreaming but with the economy being so hard for many people the fees you are charged for courier on rural is just almost too much to cope with. Rural is $12 atm with NZ post for smallest package & to pay a percentage of that to fees when you need the entire amount to actually send to someone is crippling. Can TM just at least ease the burden of this? It's too hard man. I almost feel like putting on each auction that I cannot send rurally but I get so many rural buyers and its starting to really financially hurt. Andrea, I wondered this too. So many businesses are looking short term and not long term and ultimately they will inevitably hurt themselves in the long run but for some head scratching reason they don't seem to understand this. People will stop sending either on principal or just because it's too expensive - then what are they going to do? Raise it even higher to try and regain their losses? When does it end and when does it stop? It's like shrinking food items, at what point do you realize that people will stop buying? Companies are not doing themselves any favours.

There was an email about it, weirdly one of the only TM updates I have had. Been wondering for years when using the weekend as an excuse was going to finally get updated.

It looks like David did that, he said TM said they have a right to say how they felt. They would not remove mine even when I showed them the item had been delivered and they had not emailed me prior.I am wrapping up my TM in the next 3-4 months. I work SO hard to give a good customer experience. Nothing ever changes or gets fixed and I am tired of being the punching bag for our terrible delivery system.

90% of my neg feedback are buyers who have used it to communicate with me about an item not delivered so I feel your pain. Even though TM themselves say to make sure feedback is left after an attempt to first email someone they still allow people to use neg feedback to communicate a delayed item & some people just lack enough awareness how that impacts someone's rating or just flat out don't care. The protection is all with the buyer these days and none for the seller. My latest neg was someone saying an item didnt arrive only to have the courier email me GPS that they were there and still ...
