Purchased items and details.
AnsweredHi,
Wish you all a Happy New Year!
I would like to get access to all the items I have purchased and details thereof such as sellers' id and prices I have paid to.
Is that possible?
Thanks, BritDoc

Yes, all of that information is in your emails.

I too want to access the same info which is no longer showing on WON records.

Hi Diana, if you don't have the information you are after in your emails, you can file an account summary request for your full history of won listings. If it's a specific listing you want the info for, you can reach out to our team with some details and they can find the listing info that is in the archive

Hi Trademe,
When I tried to get access to my purchase history, this is the UI you are showing me,nofurthersteps:

Hi Hong, thanks for that. I'm going to get that looked into urgently.
In the meantime, you can go here to request an account summary for your past purchases.2 -

Just an update on the issue pointed out by Hong - this has now been fixed. Thanks.

I second this. We shouldn't have to rely on emails alone to find info re: purchases we've made via TradeMe. TradeMe holds on to the reviews for these very purchases, why doesn't it retain and provide details and information about the purchases themselves. I mean, this is user-experience 101. And it's 2024, not 1995. Seriously. Get it together, TradeMe.

Kia Ora Chad,
If you cannot find what you are after through your emails you can Access your account history any time by completing the form. - If you have the Listing ID number you can pull the Listing up through a search on the system - Cheers.

I did, but as a developer and designer for over two decades I promise you, the amount of money you might be saving by not providing this as a built-in option is nowhere near as much as the goodwill / brand value you're losing by not. In 2024 this is a complete UX fail, and you're just begging for disruption. Don't be New Zealand's Quark Xpress. You're welcome.

Kia Ora Chad,
I am a Member just like you, I'm not TradeMe Staff - this is a Members forum, TM may pop in from time to time & you can tell by a yellow badge placed next to their names. - It's very confusing when our Member Comments are emailed as TradeMe - Customer Support.
I hear you and I actually agree the flag that has turned our view off should be unflagged for our use as required - we all have to account legally for 7 years! - Cheers.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. I won't edit the post above as it would be confusing for later readers, but in your head feel free to substitute all the 'you's with 'they's. :)
