I did, but as a developer and designer for over two decades I promise you, the amount of money you might be saving by not providing this as a built-in option is nowhere near as much as the goodwill / brand value you're losing by not. In 2024 this is a complete UX fail, and you're just begging for disruption. Don't be New Zealand's Quark Xpress. You're welcome.
I second this. We shouldn't have to rely on emails alone to find info re: purchases we've made via TradeMe. TradeMe holds on to the reviews for these very purchases, why doesn't it retain and provide details and information about the purchases themselves. I mean, this is user-experience 101. And it's 2024, not 1995. Seriously. Get it together, TradeMe.
