    Hi Vic, the option to have 'Make an offer' on your listing is currently only an option when starting your listing from the mobile apps - you can find it under "How would you like to sell it?" when setting up your listing. If you've already started your listing from the website, you can edit your listing from the app, and turn on 'Make an offer' before bidding has reached the reserve.

    Hi Wendy, you can relist a car auction as many times as needed without paying a fee again, within 90 days of starting your listing. If you need longer than 90 days, there is no fee for relisting as a basic listing - there would be a fee to relist if you select a standard or premium listing bundle

    Hi Darryl, for local purchases, you'll need to contact the seller to request a GST receipt - they'll be able to provide this for you if they're GST registered. For international purchases, you can find a link to your GST receipt in your sale confirmation email or by following these steps.If you just need proof of your purchase, reach out to our friendly Customer Experience team with all of the details you have, and they can get that out of the archives for you.

    Hi everyone, thanks for your comments. While we appreciate this may be a difficult change for some sellers, we know that an improved buyer experience means more buyers and more sales for you. We have seen that transparent, structured shipping costs and estimated timeframes lead to faster purchases. Free-text simply doesn’t allow us to display this key information in search results, whereas the new structure does.     Hi Phil, there isn't a dark mode on the website but there is on the mobile apps. For the iOS app, if you enable dark mode on your iPhone the app will automatically switch to dark mode. For the Android app, you can go to My Trade Me > Settings (top right-hand corner) > Theme > Dark mode to switch it on

    Hi Heather, currently there is a limit of 10 shipping options per template. You can still set up Buy Now only listings through MyProducts as Pick up only
