Hi Clive, sorry for the confusion there. As long as the email is from an @trademe.co.nz email address it will be a legitimate email from us. Our Trust and Safety team do perform checks on first-time or large Ping payments. The code they've requested will be attached to a 1-cent deposit into the bank account your payment was made from. Hi Saskia, it may be possible by using a paid-for listing tool, but it can't be relisted automatically through MyProducts like Marketplace listings can, so would otherwise need to be relisted manually. You can list property for rent for up to 56 days, and it will stay in your unsold folder to be relisted for 45 days after closing

Hi Fiona, since it was sent through Book a Courier, it will have been sent with Aramex or NZPost, both of which cover parcels up to $2000 but NZPost does offer additional cover for higher priced items. You can request a breakdown of the shipping costs from the seller to confirm
Hi Fiona, in the case of posting a ring, the shipping cost may include insurance or be a higher fee than usual if it is being sent with a courier who specialises in high-value items. You are welcome to request proof of the shipping costs from the seller though, as it is against our policy to inflate shipping costs
