Thanks, and wow. Getting close to $20 for an XS (dle) bag with signature to an RD address. 

Thank goodness there are much better alternatives to walking in to a NZPost store. 

Unfortunately some casual sellers still do that though!

Everytime there is a postage price increase the headquarters of TradeMe must rub their hands together as they make more profit from shipping.And that's by doing nothing.

The bag prices are going up in some cases, so it's more a case of deducting $1.50 for the smaller - medium sized bags.

I haven't seen their updated pricing yet but for example

XS/DLE bag Aramex / NZ Post: $3.82 / $4.54

Small / A5: Aramex / NZ Post: $4.01 / $4.90

A4: Aramex / NZ Post: $7.55 / $6.75

I find their rates for larger items also significantly cheaper than elsewhere. 

Will this affect the special NZ Post rates that Trademe offers for parcels?

Possibly wmn. In 2024 the price adjustment was announced today for Trade Me for NZPost. Aramex was 1 August. 

No adjustment in 2025 that I can see on Trade Me announcements. A reduction in November that has so far carried through.
