Yes but without the postage details what's to stop bad sellers from adding $50 later with postage ?
I agree.They shouldn't be charging fees on postage but they do so with that being the case why do they allow sellers not to have postage rates on their auctions ?
Why does TradeMe allow sellers to do this ? Doesn't make sense as they claim they have set up ping only to make it safer but alot of sellers don't even add the shipping details in the postage options or state it in the listing details instead to avoid ping fees !!!
The thing that gets me is the many sellers avoiding the ping fee by not having their shipping options in the shipping section & have them instead in the listing details.Which of course means the buyer has to make at least one payment by bank deposit.Most buyers just make the one payment including shipping by deposit to save paying twice & sellers know this & of course they are saving fees on shipping as most people know intrade sellers have to pay success fees on postage.Some sellers even state they don't accept ping payments even though of course it's one of the options.You shouldn't be al...

I have found it works if I don't change the catagory.For cds for example if I use the Duplicate feature & list in the say for example S for Simple Minds & then want to change to M in the cd catagory it wont duplicate the shipping.I have to fill it in all over again.But if I leave it in the S catagory (original) the shipping remains.I then have to go back to TradeMe & edit the catagory to the correct one.I have looked at the templates on My Products & there's no way of saving my own shipping details.Just the standard courier options & book a courier options.Oh we...
I have to now use My Products now to list as "Bid Bud" is stopping its members from using the site to sell as it looks as though it will soon be no longer ! There is a "intrade" seller on the site which I will not name as it's forbidden who has counteracted the forced ping & cash only by starting another trademe account but this time going "casual" to avoid all the fees & to have only cash & bank deposit options.They have exactly the same TradeMe name as their"intrade" name but has added "1" to the end of it !
