Hi there, the item was sold via auction. I no longer offer FPO's due to unfortunately not being able to see whom I am offering out to.
This doesn't make sense to me but neither does Trade Me removing the option of seeing whom a FPO is being offered to.
I experience a similar problem on a pretty regular basis.
It's crazy & irresponsible that you can't see whom's bidding on auctions. Trade Me aren't in any hurry to resolve their myriad of problems that they've created & have inflicted upon their users.
The bag prices are going up in some cases, so it's more a case of deducting $1.50 for the smaller - medium sized bags.
The reality is that you shouldn't have to go through such a long-winded process. The search engines aren't up to scratch I'm afraid.
Still no joy on my desktop, I concede defeat!
Hi there, my search wasn't for bottles being sold out of Oamaru. My search was for bottles with Oamaru in the title of the listing.
I have tried a search for Oamaru in the Bottles category within the Antiques & Collectables section. It returns with null / undefined as it's answer. Why is the search not showing me the matching listings that ARE there? How are sellers expected to have a good chance of selling items, if they haven't a fair chance of being found in the first place?
Trade Me's apparently all about making itself a secure & safe site, yet we are no longer able to see whom we are potentially dealing with. I do not wish to deal with folks with excessive negative feedback, plain & simple, nor people having the opportunity to anonymously badger me time & time again for a FPO/relist. Cheers.
