So if a listing is placed before Sunday to finish at 7:45pm, Trade Me will automatically extend it for an hour to make the finish time 8:45pm. So is it then finishing at 7:45pm the following week, with daylight savings taken into consideration?
The date & time is correct on my computer, it would be nice if the listing finishing times married up.
I've just listed three items and when I went back & looked at them, the finishing time was an hour later than they had actually been placed. Is this some form of daylight savings stuff-up?
Yes, definitely not worth offering out for any longer than 1 day, as they either want it or they don't!
You should be able to see whom the FPO is being offered to at the very least. That at least helps to prevent you getting your time-wasted by the same member/members over and over again.
It makes no sense that Trade Me harp on about making things more secure & transparent when you're not always even able to see whom is bidding on an auction. Unfortunately there isn't another established online auction site to flee to, as that is Trade Me's saving grace.
Trade Me are no longer interested in fixing their myriad number of problems. Although they are quite happy to make new ones for users. The fact that you can't edit a category within the same fee/pricing structure is laughable & archaic, especially when there are no fees for casual sellers.
There's nothing out of the ordinary about accepting an online payment.
Hi there, the item was sold via auction. I no longer offer FPO's due to unfortunately not being able to see whom I am offering out to.
This doesn't make sense to me but neither does Trade Me removing the option of seeing whom a FPO is being offered to.
