auctions I have won are not appearing in my 'won' section
some auctions I have won are not appearing in my 'won' section and are only visible in 'notifications' and via a no-reply email - also how can I switch off notifications? they are unnecessary

Kia Ora class37,
If you're using the old Desktop site select Mobile from the bottom of the page - Listings created in the new system can only be viewed on the New Look site and the Apps. - If you're using the New Look site check if they appear in your won items through the App & vice versa if you're able to, otherwise you'll be able to pull the Listing up from your purchase confirmation email. There has been recent reports of this occurring, most likely associated with the changes being made in the system.
Which notifications are you referring to, Desktop site or one of the Apps?

I do all my work from a laptop - I do not own a mobile phone - I won an auction yesterday KP-1314522 and this does not appear in my 'won' section - it's all been fine for the last 16 years but now things apparently need to change...

Yes class37. The word "mobile" is confusing. It means viewable on both mobile and desktop computer in the new look TradeMe.

I still can't believe that way over a year ago when this problem existed in which they knew about it still hasn't been sorted ? Why should traders that use desk top have to revert to the mobile version to be able to see what they purchased ? Absolutely ridicious !

The KP reference numbers refer to listings that are created on the new system which can't be viewed on the original Desktop site hence switching to the Mobile view in the Desktop site to see them through the New Look Desktop.
Notifications can't be turned off in the Desktop site - email transaction notifications can't be unsubscribed from however you can set your email program to direct new transaction emails to a folder rather than your inbox, these are very helpful should you have any issues with a trade and need to track it back.

So what you're saying "S" is that old style desktop site will be phased out & that every single user will have to go to the mobile site ? The problem is that like many other traders on this site WE HATE THE NEW VERSION.SO MANY FEATURES ARE MISSING & SO MANY GLITCHES.Good I got that off my chest.

Class37 I have only a laptop as well zero mobile phone or tablet
Trying to find won auctions or even ones I had on my watch list but ended is a complete nightmare if they are on the "new site" with a KP number
Yes I can switch to the mobile site at the bottom but then nothing seems to work correctly and I end up having to switch back
Honestly do not see this as an "upgrade" and wish they had left well alone

changes are not being made because they are necessary - changes are being made because they can be...alas, it's the world we now live in...

No! I am not saying that and as a Member myself who only uses a laptop, I can't speak for TradeMe & their plans as I'm Not staff or privy to any of their decisions or direction with the company. - I am only passing on how to access your won items to those who may not be aware!

It depends what you consider necessary and how much you know about IT.
The changes being made are to modernise the "backend" so that new and better features can be loaded over time. Unfortunately this is causing bugs and issues over the transition period due to trademe adopting th "rewire the ship while their still flying it" process rather than build it off production and then release it when complete1
