Cannot ring anymore, email only 5pm still not working Emailed TRADEVINE as well but no answer

Class37 I have only a laptop as well zero mobile phone or tablet Trying to find won auctions or even ones I had on my watch list but ended is a complete nightmare if they are on the "new site" with a KP number Yes I can switch to the mobile site at the bottom but then nothing seems to work correctly and I end up having to switch back Honestly do not see this as an "upgrade" and wish they had left well alone

Looks like it is an issue with both My Products and Trade vine (which we pay to use!!) Nothing is loading ro saving Was planning on catching up today but having to can it

Also an issue on Trade vine and we pay for this!! Cannot even get the auto relist to turn off, nothing seems to update

Update An actual person emailed me back from trade me, thanks team Not sure what is going on. I tried using different browsers, and different devices. All the same when I am logged into my account, no BUY NOW BUTTON SHOWING?? So I logged out and used a family members account. On several different devices and over Chrome and firefox All totally fine, buy now button showing and I could purchase. Plus other sales are coming through So I logged back into my account and back to NO BUY NOW button showing? I give up. Trade me emailed me links to some of my listings that they had checked and looked...

OMG it has now gone to all my listings so I cannot sell anything!!!! What the FFFFFFFFK is going on I use trade vine Have emailed trade me customer support and I get this "we'll do our best to reply to you within 24 hours" Sorry not good enough Trying the live chat and cannot seem to get a live person!!!????? Emailed trade vine and waiting what is going on???
