There's been a few of us both Sellers and Buyers not receiving emails in our Electronic mail boxes.
Have a browse through others community centre contributions.
Have you considered writing directly to APAX who own TRADE Me how this failure of service has happened to you?
Maybe we should all start hand writing to them.
Don't you love this Door to Door salespersons regulations through Digital online open Access platforms?
At least when we had newspaper Advertising we either got a stamped addressed letter picked up from our rural delivery letterboxes or Post Office delivered, a cheque in the mail and cash or bank payments without any hassle and we all Knew each other's names as part of KYC society.
Trade was usually always smooth and with a friendly greeting and good buy / good bye.

I have to go the mobile site to see anything I have won from sellers using the new site with KP-******* references. If I use the desktop site there's nothing in the "won" folder & no e-mails are sent to my adress. In fact if I forget I have made a bid on a auction using the new site I could easily overlook that I have actually won.TradeMe have known about this for many, many, many months ............... but have done nothing about it ! Beyond a joke.

Kia ora Lyndyann and philkerri, sorry to hear you've had trouble receiving our emails. We're upgrading our systems behind the scenes and as part of this upgrade, some of our emails will come from a different 'notifications@transactional.trademe.co.nz' email address.
This could be a case of them going to your junk/spam/promotions folder or your email client thinking they're spam and deleting them right away. The best thing to do is add all our email addresses to your safe sender list. If you're still having trouble receiving these emails after doing this, please let me know.-1
