I have asked at a earier date for the purchase details of a Samsung note 20 I brought about 2 yrs ago I did not receive that information. The requesr for that information was about 6 weeks ago. The phone in question is a refurbished mint green S20 note. Can I please get those detail. I await your reply.

You can contact a TradeMe staff member directly by selecting 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page, the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Enter your Listing number in the chat window also, enabling staff to pull it up readily.

Wanting a copy of an action I won less than eight weeks ago and can't seem to get the archived auction details.  I keep getting the bot telling me to use the search bar, which does not work. No actual humans seem to work at Trade me?

Thanks, although the photos don't appear any longer.  My employer has offered to refund me for the jacket, so hopefully he will be happy with the details and no photos. Many thanks. 

Glad that worked out langky. Yes photos and some other details like Q&A disappear after 45 days. Obvious why when you think about it. The storage costs to keep data heavy info like millions of photos would be the reason. Some people do take screenshot copies themselves of items they have won for their personal records.
