This is fast becoming one of the most unnessarrely complicated site to access ones history. One has to jump through to many hoops to get any where. Instead of having a window in the help section giving us direct access to ask a trademe employee a simple question there is a section with a whole lot of unrelated pre composed time wasting prompts that are a headache

I have asked at a earier date for the purchase details of a Samsung note 20 I brought about 2 yrs ago I did not receive that information. The requesr for that information was about 6 weeks ago. The phone in question is a refurbished mint green S20 note. Can I please get those detail. I await your reply.

Sorry to read your request hasn't been fulfilled as yet,
You can contact a TradeMe staff member directly by selecting 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page, the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Enter your Listing number in the chat window also, enabling staff to pull it up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
