Add to watchlist is usually under "Other options" in the app but there is only one option - "Report this listing".  The issue is only with the app.  If I go to the desktop Trade Me, I can add the item to my watchlist as usual. Seems to be the same issue with all listings from the same seller.   Not sure about other sellers.

I have ticked the box in the settings for emails to be sent 1 hour before auctions close in my watchlist.  I have been receiving them okay for years but they stopped a week or two ago.  I haven't changed any other Trade Me settings.  They do not go to my spam folder.  I receive other Trade Me emails okay.  Any ideas?

A buyer with an RD address paid with Ping for an item to be sent tracked.  The listing offered standard post and tracked.  I mention an extra RD charge in the payment instructions but neglected to offer tracking to RD addresses in the listing as I haven't had an issue like this in the past (Will look at doing this in future listings).  The buyer now wants a refund rather than pay the extra RD cost and doesn't want to have the item shipped by standard post. The difference in cost between standard post and what they paid for tracked is only 80c but it would cost me an extra $5.70 to send trac...

I sold an item to a buyer who did not contact me.  I applied for a success fees refund and offered the item to watchers.  A watcher accepted my offer and paid by Ping.  I saw that the original buyer also paid by ping only a few hours earlier.  How can Trade Me allow two people to buy one item?  I can refund ping fees but fingers crossed that I don't get into an argument over who won the item!

I listed an item for 6 days.  I decided to add a combined items shipping amount.  The closing day was greyed out closing after 7 days not 6 with a pop up message saying you can't change the duration on a listing that has bids.  It was Trade Me that changed the  duration, not me!  This fault always happens when I edit a listing that is for less then 7 days.  Trade Me always extends the duration to 7 days and I have to change it back.  When there are bids on the listing, the duration is greyed out therefore unchangeable.

I created a listing and used Trade Me search to see where it appeared in the results.  It was 7th.  I then edited the listing paying for Gallery and changing nothing else.   I searched again but my item still appeared 7th in the search results.  I have searched again later in case it takes a while for the change to take effect but still no promotion.  Surely this is a false claim?
