The app is up to date. I have an android phone, also up to date, but I don't see how the problem could be with android or the app since I have been able to add listings from other sellers to my wants list, just not the one selling weetbix cards.

Add to watchlist is usually under "Other options" in the app but there is only one option - "Report this listing". The issue is only with the app. If I go to the desktop Trade Me, I can add the item to my watchlist as usual. Seems to be the same issue with all listings from the same seller. Not sure about other sellers.

I have ticked the box in the settings for emails to be sent 1 hour before auctions close in my watchlist. I have been receiving them okay for years but they stopped a week or two ago. I haven't changed any other Trade Me settings. They do not go to my spam folder. I receive other Trade Me emails okay. Any ideas?
Donal. As I said above "I should have given an RD shipping option". Seller was happy with the solution I offered and we have both removed feedbacks and I have refunded the Ping payment.
S - The buyer paid $5.80 tracking by ping but asked for a refund when I told them it would cost an extra $5.70 for RD delivery. They have obviously done many trades and would know that it costs more to send to an RD address. A buyer with an RD address paid with Ping for an item to be sent tracked. The listing offered standard post and tracked. I mention an extra RD charge in the payment instructions but neglected to offer tracking to RD addresses in the listing as I haven't had an issue like this in the past (Will look at doing this in future listings). I sent a reminder email to the original buyer after 5 days. After another 4 days, I still hadn't heard from the buyer so requested a success fee refund and sent out the offer. It appears that the buyer paid as soon as they received the email from Trade Me. I sold an item to a buyer who did not contact me. I applied for a success fees refund and offered the item to watchers. A watcher accepted my offer and paid by Ping. I saw that the original buyer also paid by ping only a few hours earlier. How can Trade Me allow two people to buy one item? I can refund ping fees but fingers crossed that I don't get into an argument over who won the item!
