New traders only paying half the trade
Answered-
Have you copy and pasted the symbols into google Translate to see what they say? Chances are you are right, and its some sort of con job, but on the other hand... It could also be a very confused immigrant with barely any grasp of English, who is well heeled and like antiques - they maybe trying to explain the situation to you, but dont know how.

Nope the person added screenshots of postage and item payments seperately but it does not look like a normal bank transaction and it does not show in my account ,I have tried contacting trade me but I can’t get a contact number out of the robot 🤦♂️I tried explaining the situation to.How do I talk to a actual person.

I have contacted trade me,they are no help at all, after explaining how i repeatedly emailed the two buyers who only paid half the trade, with no response but the one sent me a dodgy screenshot of a payment but the money is not in my account .It’s the second time in a short time, the trader is new so no feedback ,the account is old ,the trader pays either the item or the postage but not both and ignore all attempts to find out why it’s not showing in my account.

Izabelle. The ball is in the buyer court here. Just explain that you haven't been paid in full for the item they purchased. Set a deadline to receive the full amount. If that doesn't happen then the usual applies. Request fees back. Blacklist. Leave negative feedback and relist the item(s).
I can't quite work out from your comments if you have been paid anything, or just screenshots to say they have?
If you have received a partial payment you would have to refund that of course if you do decide to cancel the trade.

Give them a deadline to pay outstanding if they have already paid some,
if they don't pay by set date, tell them you will cancel the sale and refund any money paid,
If they don't provide a Bank account to refund,
Contact your bank, explain there is money in your account that needs to go back to where it came from as not yours,
depending on bank they can set it up for payment to be made to someone in your list or just set it up themselves to go back,
Blacklist, place honest factual feedback so others get warnings too, relist items and move on,
Keep all e-Mails factual to the point, and keep all E-mails - paper trail, as this seems quite strange behaviour?

I have contacted this person several times, they have sent me a dodgy screenshot ,where a part of the visa account nr is blotted out and the amount does not show in my bank account.I have requested he contacts his bank.Im glad you advised me about going to the bank.Hopefully they can help me and i will pay back the postage he paid,I have requested his bank account nr and have blacklisted him.Exactly the same thing happened a week ago and unfortunately I send the person the item ,I saw a payment for the exact postage amount but it was not that person,so I lost out there but when it happened again this week I knew it was a scam and i suspect it’s the same person. That being said I have 100 % positive feedback ,over 1500 trades and this is the first time I encounter this apart from one person denying they received a parcel but eventually the truth came out they received it.
