What am I to do ? And is it within my right to ask to cancel a purchase.I bought a bed on trade me ,delivery fees was shown as $69 Auckland region.When I used Ping to complete the trade I am in Pukekohe in Auckland I received an email asking for a additional $51.I googled and saw indeed Pukekohe is part of the Auckland region.I paid the $51 because they kept emailing me to ask for it.How do I go about canceling the whole transaction and not have this company place negative feedback.I have ufcourse rapported this to trade me but still waiting to hear back.To me $51 is a lot of money.
That is actually so helpfull I know because I’m in trade the make an offer option is not available to me,my buyers often say they can’t add their delivery address to trade me so they email me instead.Its a work in progress with navigating trade me to me but having helpfull staff does help so thank you to the admin staff for your assistance.
I’m wondering if anyone else has this issue I have lately and I have disabled many ping options on auction.People pay for an auction via Ping then I struggle for days and weeks to get the postage money out of then because lots of people don’t have a listed address ,so I can only calculate postage after I receive the address.It is time consuming to hunt down the postage money.Am I the only one having this issue?I want to give the option of paying by Ping but it’s frustrating even with people picking up stuff paid by Ping and then making multiple appointments and don’t show up.Ive had to refu...
