    Someone accidentally placed negative feedback on my account.They contacted me to inform it was meant to be positive but they accidentally pressed the negative icon.I explained in two emails they need to delete it as it affects my account.They have not done so.I have tried contacting trade me to remove the feedback but I keep getting a error message oops .What is a alternative or next step to get the feedback corrected.The buyer did not specifically say she will change it ,but she did admit it was accidentally done.I have the email.

    What am I to do ? And is it within my right to ask to cancel a purchase.I bought a bed on trade me ,delivery fees was shown as $69 Auckland region.When I used Ping to complete the trade I am in Pukekohe in Auckland I received an email asking for a additional $51.I googled and saw indeed Pukekohe is part of the Auckland region.I paid the $51 because they kept emailing me to ask for it.How do I go about canceling the whole transaction and not have this company place negative feedback.I have ufcourse rapported this to trade me but still waiting to hear back.To me $51 is a lot of money.

    That is actually so helpfull I know because I’m in trade the make an offer option is not available to me,my buyers often say they can’t add their delivery address to trade me so they email me instead.Its a work in progress with navigating trade me to me but having helpfull staff does help so thank you to the admin staff for your assistance.

    I’m wondering if anyone else has this issue I have lately and I have disabled many ping options on auction.People pay for an auction via Ping then I struggle for days and weeks to get the postage money out of then because lots of people don’t have a listed address ,so I can only calculate postage after I receive the address.It is time consuming to hunt down the postage money.Am I the only one having this issue?I want to give the option of paying by Ping but it’s frustrating even with people picking up stuff paid by Ping and then making multiple appointments and don’t show up.Ive had to refu...

    I have contacted this person several times,they have sent me a dodgy screenshot ,where a part of the visa account nr is blotted out and the amount does not show in my bank account.I have requested he contacts his bank.Im glad you advised me about going to the bank.Hopefully they can help me and i will pay back the postage he paid,I have requested his bank account nr and have blacklisted him.Exactly the same thing happened a week ago and unfortunately I send the person the item ,I saw a payment for the exact postage amount but it was not that person,so I lost out there but when it happened a...

    I have contacted trade me,they are no help at all,after explaining how i repeatedly emailed the two buyers who only paid half the trade,with no response but the one sent me a dodgy screenshot of a payment but the money is not in my account .It’s the second time in a short time,the trader is new so no feedback ,the account is old ,the trader pays either the item or the postage but not both and ignore all attempts to find out why it’s not showing in my account.

    Nope the person added screenshots of postage and item payments seperately but it does not look like a normal bank transaction and it does not show in my account ,I have tried contacting trade me but I can’t get a contact number out of the robot 🤦‍♂️I tried explaining the situation to.How do I talk to a actual person.

    This has happenned twice in one week to me now,and I suspect it’s the same person.They use the buy now option,pay for the item but not postage or pay the postage and not the item.How do I stop this.Also they don’t add a reference nr or any relation to their trade me name just a bunch of Chinese symbols and the email I got was one sentence in English but the rest Chinese symbols.Im wondering if it’s a sindicate because the items they are buying are antique items and expensive.I will need to quit trade me if this continues,I can’t afford the losses ,it’s my income.
