Banana Error 500 when verifying my email address as a new registered user.
Hi team,
I am experiencing an error (banana error 500) when I click on the verification email received after registering my new trademe account.
Would anyone be able to help with this?

Hi Jason you would be best to get in touch with the Trade Me Customer Support Team using the Live Chat option if you go to the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page and click on the link then wait a few seconds a blue chat bubble will appear at the bottom right of the screen click on that and you will then be able to chat with Trade Me Customer Support live.
You will need to wait until 9:30am tomorrow when the Live Chat option is staffed see the operating hours below. If you want you can click on this link to quickly access the Live Chat option tomorrow morning https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form
The Live Chat operating hours are Mon-Fri 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Sat-Sun 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Are you on the Desktop or the App site?
This is something that may only be able to be done through the Desktop site - Access TradeMe through your Device Browser to go to the Desktop site. - If still a No Go contact TradeMe staff via "Live Chat" for assistance - Cheers.

A couple of PC troubleshooting steps which you can try 1 at a time or all together...
- Disable VPN if running one.
- Ensure you have the latest up to date Browser version
- Clear your Cookies and Cache
- Restart your PC
If none of them help you there TM Staff will be manned on the Live Chat tomorrow - Sunday, from 9:30 am – 4:00 pm

You could also try through a different Browser - I am on MS Edge & have no trouble changing / confirming my email address confirmation via email link - though not registering as new like you - Cheers.

Done everything possible, including change browsers, clear cookie etc and I still having the problem.
I gave up, and use my iPad to check it, the display is working normally.
Thanks to everyone here for your efforts to help me resolve the issue.
