Not receiving Trade Me emails

From last 3 days I have not received any emails about all of the sold items. I have deleted lot of emails from my inbox thinking the storage may be running out that didn't help. I have yahoo email address. Anyone else having the same issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there. First work through the help file on this issue and if all OK try contacting Trade Me to see if they can confirm emails were sent from there end. I'm always surprised when people say they are still using yahoo, with all the problems they had historically.

Yes! those data breaches through Yahoo historically is Exactly why Telecom/Spark came back to NZ Servers. - the penny dropped with your comment Callum - Cheers.

My problem is I have no idea when questions are asked I just missed a sale. How do I get an email sent when a question is asked?

Angie, it's not possible to turn off emails when someone asks a question on your auction and they are automatic, so it must be that the email has gone to your spam folder or Trademe has an exception on your email address. You can contact Trademe via their Live chat and ask them if they can clear the exception.

Hi was anyone able to rectify the problem of not receiving emails from Trade Me. If so, what and how where you able to fix it. I tried loading all the trademe@ addresses again in my contact list but still no emails. I have been receiving the "property" emails from Trade Me. Any help would be appreciated.

yep I don't receive any emails from trade me now and haven't for awhile tried uninstalling tried all sorts miss questions unless I see the notification come up as I get those just not emails very annoying has anyone sorted theirs yet?

Kia Ora All,
Once you've added all of the trademe@ email addresses to your contact list if you are still not receiving these emails from TradeMe it is possible an Exception has been placed on your account which prevents these from being sent out - you are best to contact TradeMe Staff through their "Live Chat" Facility for assistance, the CE Team can confirm if these emails are being sent and if there is an exception they will be able to remove this from your account for you.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm
