Contacting Aramex
AnsweredDoes anyone have a contact email / phone number for Aramax or any advice ( that is in NZ not the fake NZ ones that are overseas ) 2 parcels were scanned 2 months ago, value of $1200, when you track they are still in Picton / Blenheim area. I have lodged over 10 complaints after a few days they come back "solved" with no phone call to me. PLEASE HELP

As S says get in touch with Trade Me and ask them for help - it usually works wonders.

Hi all
I have been having the same issues with communication and contacting them.
I see people suggest using the contact page and local depot contact etc.
These are a waste of time as is the phone number. All these go to international systems and the Philippines. Anything logged with these tools does not make its way to NZ as the systems are disconnected.
Doesn't solve our problems, but I just wanted you to know.0 -
Any time that I have had an issue, it has been dealt with efficiently from the Philippines.
In case of a non-pick up, if you inform Trade Me they will help.
