Can't Place Feedback - Resolved
AnsweredWhen I click on the 'Place feedback now' link it opens a page that says "Oops, there was a slip up" and tells me something went wrong (banana error 500). For all items that it does this they are also not listed in my Won section.

Do you perhaps have 2 accounts? If you are trying to place feedback from the wrong account, it will give you an error. That would also explain why it's not in your won items too. I never place feedback from emails, but always do it from my won items folder on TM.
Or, if for some reason you have deleted it from your won items, you may also get the error page if trying to place feedback.

Another possibility is that more than 45 days have passed since you won the item. That would also explain why it isn't in your won items page. Items disappear after 45 days and you can't place feedback.

I reported that Feedback error to TradeMe as it happened to me lastnight However the item had gone into my Won items. - If your Successful Items are within the first 45 days of the listing closing did you receive an email from TradeMe Confirming your purchase? Or is it possible you are attempting to place feedback beyond the first 45 days Or you do have the 2 accounts as suggested above?

Thank you. I didn't realise there was a 45 day limit on items displaying in my Won and Lost sections. That will be the reason for both of my "issues".
