Thank you. I didn't realise there was a 45 day limit on items displaying in my Won and Lost sections. That will be the reason for both of my "issues".
When I click on the 'Place feedback now' link it opens a page that says "Oops, there was a slip up" and tells me something went wrong (banana error 500). For all items that it does this they are also not listed in my Won section.
