Kia ora Laura, thanks for posting!
Looks like you were just outside of the 1 hour free withdrawal period when you pulled those listings last night, by a matter of minutes!
Not to worry - if you reach out to one of our agents on Live chat, I'm sure they'll be able to take care of that for you this time around. 😊0 -
I’ve been charged a withdrawal fee of $3 for a $1 auction/reserve.

Yes, $3 is the minimum fee for general items. $3 or applicable success fee (whichever is higher)
All the info on withdrawing and when you don't have to pay them is in the Help pages.

Not sure if this is a Trademe glitch but I posted quite a few trades yesterday. This morning a watcher advised me that one item had been triplicated. I have withdrawn two but I need the cancelation fees refunded. Is this possible please?

Julian, the Community pages here are for members to talk amongst themselves to answer queries etc. Occasionally Trademe staff do pop in as you can see Lucy above has, but in general, you need to contact Trademe for specific requests like yours as they are the only ones that can properly investigate and process refunds for fees if any are due. Use the Contact us link at the bottom of any page.

Can anyone please tell me, why was I charged a $63.20 Withdrawal Fee for an $800 laptop?

Nathan, according to the calculator on the Fees help page, you were charged the correct amount ie $63.20. Were you lead to believe it should have been a different amount? It does depend on the category you list in for some items.

I was in the understanding $63.20 was a success fee, I never knew or realised this was also a withdrawal fee. Thanks for pointing this out to me. :-)

Yes that's correct Nathan, however, if you check the fees page and the notes in posts above, you'll see the withdrawl fee is a minimum of $3 or the applicable success fee as if the item sold, whichever is higher. If you contact Trademe they mighty refund if it was a genuine listing error or you discovered the item was broken, but if you just decided to keep it or sold it elsewhere, then that's the price you pay.
