Withdrawing listings
If you need to withdraw a listing – we can help.
Listings can be withdrawn at any time – except during their final hour. Once an auction is withdrawn, it can't be relisted.
When to withdraw your listing
Listings should be withdrawn if:
- There's a mistake with the listing and it can't be edited.
- The item has accidentally been listed twice.
- There's newly discovered damage.
- Your classified listing is no longer available.
- Something else happens that means you might not be able to sell it.
Listings shouldn't be withdrawn because bidding hasn't reached the price you wanted. To avoid this, set a reserve on your auction.
