Cannot contact seller for info to pay after winning buy now.
AnsweredI won the buy now request and it is not obvious how to contact seller for payment info.

Hi Terry, the seller's email address will show on the listing in your Won folder so you can contact them that way

How do you find their phone number for an urgent pick up? I have been emailing but no replies and I need to pick up the item and drive 7 hours with it!

Hi Jan. If you mean how do you find the seller's phone number, well there are several ways. Check the payment instructions the seller has provided and see if there is a phone number in there, or check their other listings in case they have a classified like a car or house for sale as those are allowed phone numbers in special places in the listings, or if you have their full name check the whitepages online, or facebook.

I have hit the buy now ,on a Sellers listing , on the 17/06/2025 ,tried to set up a day & time to pay and collect , but have had no response to my emails

Sorry to read you haven't heard from your Seller as yet,
You will have to Edit your Comment to remove your Seller's name & email address - you do this through the cog wheel adjacent your name. - This is the Public Community Forum & as such it is prohibited from identifying other Members in public. - This is in the Guidelines you can read underneath the box we type in.
Under the Terms & Conditions Sellers agree to respond to Buyers asap within a timeline of 2 working days & Items purchased to be completed within 7 days of receiving payment, hopefully you hear back from them throughout the day.
- Have you checked your spam / junk folder in case an email has ended up there?
- See if your Seller has any further listings running which you can put a prompt through the Q&A letting them know you've emailed & please contact you.
- If you have no response in a couple of days you could consider placing a Feedback requesting the Seller to check their spam/junk email folder & contact you. - Feedback usually gains a response & you can edit this once the Trade is complete.
- If you have no response to your Feedback placed file a Non Contact report for TradeMe's assistance in contacting your Buyer on your behalf.
If none of the above pans out for you, as you haven't paid for the item(s) you will just want to move on to the next available item you find.
