Firstly if you haven't received the money in your account DO NOT SEND IT!
What screen shots have they sent? The payment screen prior to them competing it or the payment confirmation after completing it? Ive had one person do the former, but they clearly didnt proceed.
Go back to the buyer and let them know the account numbers they have provided dont match your account and ask them to check their back account that the money has actually gone through and not been returned to them.

flossy63 Community SuperuserDo Not send until money is firmly sighted in your account, if suffix is incorrect money will be held in bank, and then goes back to account it came from days later, many many years ago if you had a 00 suffix account money use to default there, but that has been stopped, now held in bank, as often found payments in wrong account,Still have a bad habit of checking it waiting for payments when I check my Intrade account, as yes some can just use the 00 as not entered actual suffix,I for one, mostly do not even waste time & look at screen shots as easily can be faked, and if from a bank you do not use, you are none the wiser if real or fake? as I am not going to sent until money shows in account anyway,I know a lot will not look at screen shots, but I still send them, just seems more polite than receiving an E-Mail with just "paid",0

I just ignore all screenshots. I get them all the time from buyers who think they are meaningful, but they are so easy to fake. Especially now we have AI available to everyone. The only time you send anything is when you have confirmed the payment in your account yourself if it's a bank transfer. If it's Ping or Afterpay you send when you get the email from Trade Me confirming that.

No item should be sent until the money has been fully processed.
Funds can still bounce back or take time to go through what's known as "clearing house" banking systems.
It's not automatically guaranteed to be paid and like making Instant Noodles there's no guarantee they will process smoothly.
Fintechs are also accountable and are not necessarily compliant with a number of legislative requirements.
Take the time to read through legal cases and those going through processes in courts.
Never assume any form of process or payment is complete on face value.
There may be a "form or template" not completed by a person using Online processing may not be aware is incomplete as often those places only send generic messages, if any advising where a hold up may be.
Good open communication helps build trust.

The money was paid in the next day,I have no doubt this person was trying to get away with not paying. Its after I told him I’m going to fill in a dispute rapport and I have sent Trade me both screenshots for evaluation and that is why he paid me .
