Are you using the Desktop site or one of the Apps?
Can you put a screenshot up of the page you're in before you attempt to login so we know where you are in the process.
You may need to clear your cookies & cache - ensure you're running on the latest up to date browser or version for your device - shut the system down & reboot or uninstall & reinstall the App if you're using one. - Disable VPN if you are running one - Turn off any recent extensions added And check your email incase you've been mailed a code to sign in with. A screenshot of where you are will be helpful. - The Help file below will walk you through steps mentioned - Let us know how you go there.

Are you on phone using data or Internet,
as currently there are issues with Interent, websites cannot be reached, cannot read comments on Face book etc.
but when you hotspot on phone data they are fine, This has been happening over the last few weeks,
as some suggested on facebook the other week having problems same as I was having, yet I had not posted, it may be to do with the DNS?, which I was already thinking,
the following day all back to normal, but today issues it is all so slow, but ok via phone Data,
as I was having issues with Trade Me too not loading pages properly earlier,

I'm having same trouble,
App was to slow so use desktop.
But still wont let me log in.
Changed password and turned of and on phone, very annoying as was working last week! 🤔🤷♀️0 -

Ok,
I found today while I was on Train coming home, that I could not log in the Trade Me website on my new phone, It just opens a blank square with a cross in top right hand corner to close it, and that is it,
So page is not loading at all, I hope this gets rectified asap, as will need it over the weekend,

EditedKia ora flossy63, there was an issue with this earlier but it has since been fixed. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to force an update? I'll send you an email, if it's still an issue could you give some screenshots and app version details and phone model so I can pass this on to the team to look into.
Try a different browser or going to http://www.trademe.co.nz/members/login.aspx?rfm=1 to login first. Once you’ve done that, you should be able to login like usual again.

flossy63 Community SuperuserEditedI do not use the app at all, I only ever use the website as I did state above,as I only use the website at home on computers,I have no interest in using the app, as I have learnt enough of the issues over the years, so not to even go there,I will stick to the website only on my devices,My phone is my phone, I do not even have the banking app etc. on it, things can wait until I get home on computer,I am not glued to devices, but occasionally need the website while I am away, if I have auctions running,0

Desktop site, Edge Browser latest up to date & cookies/cache cleared - Experiencing no issues Logging in - for those who may temporarily need to use a different browser.
