How to change incorrect delivery address
AnsweredHOW do i go about changing a customers address after i have already booked it with wrong address?
I need to cancel the booking and then get a refund ion it and then rebook the parcel with correct address.
There doesn't seem to be an easy procedure offered. Cant find trademe help chat at all.
Just a meaningless statement from TM that I have to wait 2 to 3 days. I need it done now, not in 2 to 3 days!

Yes, as explained in the help file you need to cancel and make a new one.
This is done via the COURIER not Trade Me.
You only need to contact Trade Me to get your refund for the original incorrect one. So that in theory doesn't matter if it takes a few days.

- Contact the courier company directly first.
Aramex - 0800 327 8929
NZ Post - Find a regional contact number - Send us a message about the cancellation so we can refund the fee.
Book a Courier refunds will go back to your Trade Me balance.

Thanks Team, the NZ Support person who was helping me yesterday said that it was up to TM to manage the cancellation, hence my post here. I tried again after reading your responses and I was able to cancel it.
