    Thanks Team, the NZ Support person who was helping me yesterday said that it was up to TM to manage the cancellation, hence my post here. I tried again after reading your responses and I was able to cancel it.

    HOW do i go about changing a customers address after i have already booked it with wrong address? I need to cancel the booking and then get a refund ion it and then rebook the parcel with correct address. There doesn't seem to be an easy procedure offered. Cant find trademe help chat at all. Just a meaningless statement from TM that I have to wait 2 to 3 days. I need it done now, not in 2 to 3 days!Thanks, Zed
