Have a quick read through the help file for email issues. You might find something there.
In the meantime you can still contact your sellers, you can access their email address from your "won" page. Or from within the auction itself if you click on it.

Kia ora skytrain1, sorry to hear you've had trouble receiving our emails. We're upgrading our systems behind the scenes and as part of this upgrade, some of our emails will come from a different 'notifications@transactional.trademe.co.nz' email address.
This could be a case of them going to your junk/spam/promotions folder or your email client thinking they're spam and deleting them right away. The best thing to do is add all our email addresses to your safe sender list. If you're still having trouble receiving these emails after doing this, please let me know.0
