Hello Heidi. How are you trying to top-up? App or desktop?
If it doesn't work one way try the other.
If you can't do that all the usual advice applies. Make sure app is up to date. Do a reset. Clear cookies/cache etc.
Here is the direct link to top up on desktop https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/my-trade-me/profile/add-credit

Kia Ora Heidi,
Sorry to read you're having trouble making that payment,
A few things to try...
- Ensure you're going through the Desktop site,
- Clear your device cookies & cache,
- Save your card to the system first if it isn't already, you can always delete after payment is made if you want too.
- What type of card are you using? - TradeMe accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Q Mastercard.
- Try topping up $1. first - if that goes through try topping up the remaining balance.
If none of the above get you there you will want to contact a staff member directly for assistance. - Select the blue speech bubble at the Bottom Right of your landing page through the Link below ... To Bypass the Bot Type Talk to person in the window below the text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon to be transferred through to the staff line. Taking a screenshot of the error message to send in a file through the paperclip icon will be helpful also. - Cheers.

In that case Grace, you use the Ping option.
If you click my link above it should be the first option on the list.
