I was told to top up my account in order to book a courier. When I go to do this I an given no methods to top up and get a message saying "Authentication failed with the payment service." I have logged out and in again but it still persists. What can I do?
I have to say I have problems with NZ Post who just don't collect my packages - ever, whereas Aramex has never missed a pickup and has very speedy delivery. My family and I have sent hundreds of parcels with them. I will not use NZ Post again.
