My family has two Trademe sites and on both of them things have gone very wrong.  For example,  sold items do not appear as sold (we did get an email).  Unsold items just disappear.  We have lost numerous listings and cannot relist them. I have contacted Trademe but have not yet heard anything.  

I was told to top up my account in order to book a courier.  When I go to do this I an given no methods to top up and get a message saying  "Authentication failed with the payment service."   I have logged out and in again but it still persists.  What can I do?
