If the emails are from Community posts it would seem strange as you haven't posted or commented anything other than this post? unless you have purposely chosen to Follow some posts or topics, in which case you click on Unfollow on any you have followed. If the emails are concerning a different topic and nothing to do with community posts you should be able to reply to them, but if you are not expecting emails and the text in the emails doesn't apply to you or makes no sense, examine the reply to address and check it's not scammers trying to hack your account, in which case, block and delete.
A list of legitimate email addresses from Trademe are on this help page...

If they are Community posts and you are sure they have a legitimate Trademe reply to address and they have a legitimate link to a post like this one will have, then you can click on to the link and click the Unfollow button at the top of the associated topic. Failing that, you'd need to contact Trademe.

Kia Ora Andrew,
Open the Community Post thread & select the Unfollow Tab as below...

- Cheers.

If you find you're still receiving emails there is a possibility you may be Following the Topic Thread rather than Individual Posts - in this case select Community > Topics > Enter each Topic to Unfollow as in Pic 2. Below ...
Pic 1. Topics

Pic 2. Drop down to select Unfollow

I have a problem with book a courier if trying to book NZPost, it comes up with address needs updating but gives out exactly same address using their system & still won't accept it. Aramex accepts no problem, so I usually just use that but it's meant to be a choice & sometimes I NZpost are cheaper but I can't use it. What's happening here?

Also I find the bot on customer support extremely annoying, offering all sorts of completely irrelevant solutions & not transferring me to a person. Really it shouldn't be that hard to reach a person should it??

Kia Ora NIKI,
Chat has had a change - to bypass the Bot type - Talk to person - on the bottom line below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line where you will get a Real Person/Staff. - Cheers.
