I have 3 different devices & they all show exactly the same issue. TradeMe has no interest in helping, I'm lucky if I get any reply at all, well not lucky as they aren't interested in helping or solving the issue. I pay $100 every month to have a TM store & I can't get anyone to help, it's shocking, never known anything like it. The customer service is appalling This has been going on for months now, I don't know what to do
Thanks, I got through to a staff member, they said send examples of listings, I said I don't have examples, it happens every time I try and book nzpost and has done for quite a while. So far I haven't heard back and that was about 7hrs ago. On another issue the staff went absent for several days, then asked me for examples when I'd already sent a screenshot 2 days prior, then no reply. I don't know what's happening but I'm not having any luck with customer support. They just either ignore me completely or ask for info I've already supplied. It's impossible, they have no interest whatsoever...
Just out of interest, did you actually go through with the booking? As this gives the options of nzpost and aramex but will only accept aramex on confirmation

Are other people finding with NZPost, it won't accept the address, even when you update it to their address? I'm having to use only Aramex as they accept the addresses, NZPZost doesn't
Also I find the bot on customer support extremely annoying, offering all sorts of completely irrelevant solutions & not transferring me to a person. Really it shouldn't be that hard to reach a person should it??
I have a problem with book a courier if trying to book NZPost, it comes up with address needs updating but gives out exactly same address using their system & still won't accept it. Aramex accepts no problem, so I usually just use that but it's meant to be a choice & sometimes I NZpost are cheaper but I can't use it. What's happening here?
I applied for a refund of success fee as the buyer made no contact or payment. So I offered to the other bidder/watchers, which was accepted. So I tried to get 1st success fee refunded, only to be given msg that there was an issue being worked on. Is it really? Or just TM making it difficult to get refunds?
